Security and trust

Data, access, oversight, and what we do not claim on public Learn pages.

Trust in energy operations is earned with clear boundaries — not with slogans.

What we optimize for

  • Access control — enterprise identity and environment membership on governed paths
  • Oversight — human gates as capability expands (Ask → See → Advise → Act)
  • Auditability — reconstructable trails for who did what on managed paths
  • Cost visibility — metering and budgets where the path is in scope

What “governed” means here

Brightwire Agent Governance is the company control layer for supported AI paths: who can use which path, what it costs, what is logged, and where a human must approve. Feature depth lives in the Governance series (Wave 3).

Honest ceiling: we do not claim every closed vendor UI is fully governed on day one. Scope is engagement-specific.

What we do not claim on this page

  • Guaranteed regulatory outcomes (NERC/FERC “ensures compliance” language)
  • Absolute statements that no data ever leaves a boundary without the deal architecture
  • Security theater that substitutes for your existing controls
