Do we have to rip out Copilot / Claude seats?
No. Personal seats can stay. Brightwire complements them when you need ops systems of record, shared control, and an operated layer — not another freestanding chat window.
Who owns the keys and the outcomes?
You do. Brightwire designs, deploys, and operates the assisted layer to agreed scope. Your leaders own decisions, policy, and operational outcomes.
Where does data live?
Engagements prefer your cloud / tenant boundary when that is the control requirement. Specific architecture is scoped in Discover — we do not claim a single public hosting story for every deal.
Do we start with autonomous agents?
No. We start with grounded answers and visibility (Ask / See), then earn Advise and Act under rules you can defend.
Is there a public price list?
No. Pricing is scope-based after Discover.
